Blessed Be The Key That Boards!

I couldn't help it! After adding controller support yesterday I had to get keyboard support working.

You can now play the entire game with your arrow keys, WASD, enter and esc. It uses the already implemented controller to spawn a reticle and that is used to interact with the entire game. 

Included in this update are a few small bug fixes and the ability to scroll those scrollbars by clicking and dragging with the reticle.
